某些附属学生签证的申请者不需要提交无犯罪证明，条件如下：
  1. 小于20岁并在17岁之前一直就持有学生签证。
  2. 3年内已经提交过无犯罪证明的自费学生（如本科，硕士）或博士生

Note: Some student visa applicants do not need to submit a Police Certificate.  These types of applicants are outlined below:

you are younger than 20 years of age, and
you held a student visa on your 17th birthday, and
